Description:

The Operations Supervisor will be located in the Danville HQ and will be responsible for managing operations employees; ensuring customer service standards; identification, evaluation and recommendation of system and operational improvements; regular monitoring of accuracy, completeness and timeliness of processing activities in the operation; employee training; customer service support as required; creation and maintenance of project procedure manuals; determining training needs to improve performance, and other responsibilities as required.

1. Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
3. Supervisor experience (task/work coordination; conflict management)
4. Technical aptitude (word, excel, Internet, system procedures)
5. Problem solving (calm under fire)
6. Ability to be self starter – needing little direction – knowing when to escalate and when to handle issues to solve
7. Drive initiatives and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence
8. Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
9. A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
10. Delegate responsibilities effectively
11. High comfort level working in a diverse environment

Scholastic Requirements:
1. 4 year College Degree
2. Focus: Business Administration/Management
3. 3.5/4.0 or better GPA
4. Work Experience and/or Internship a plus

Paid Internship Info:

$35,000 - $45,000 depending on experience
