Program Manager: Instructional Design and Development

Description:

All KeelWorks interns and volunteers work virtually. Intern teams meet weekly, but the bulk of production is performed through asynchronous collaboration. In this role, the incumbent will not meet with subordinate teams, but will oversee team discussion and projects step in with advice as needed.

The incumbent will enforce process, guide interns on ISD principles, and support constant process improvement. The incumbent will also support an assistant who steps in when the incumbent is not available and who assumes the role when the incumbent moves on.

Qualifications:

1. Significant experience supporting corporate instructional design & development.
2. A solid grasp of cognitive methods.
3. Some experience in program design and development.
4. A desire to advance from a line ISD position to a leadership role in corporate or non-profit creative services.

Additional qualities desired, but not required.
1. Knowledge and experience with ADDIE.
2. Formal learning in learning design and development or cr.

Unpaid

Hours:

4hrs per week (asynchronous)

Length/Availability:

three months (many continue indefinitely)

End Date:

12/30/2016, At end of 3-month .
