Description:

All KeelWorks interns and volunteers work virtually. Intern teams meet weekly, but the bulk of production is performed through asynchronous collaboration. In this role, the incumbent will not meet with subordinate teams, but will oversee team discussion and projects being ready to step in with advice as needed.

The incumbent will support process, procedure, style, and content quality criteria development. The incumbent will ensure that teams understand and support the organizational vision, values, and high-level strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Significant experience supporting corporate communication.
2. A solid grasp of principles supporting effective communication.
3. Some experience in program design and development.
4. A desire to advance to a leadership role in corporate or non-profit creative services.
5. The ability to support a variety of written communication such as marketing, internal, technical, creative, and instructional.
