Concero Search Partners, a national independently-owned executive search firm dedicated to finding premier talent within the software industry, is looking to expand its social presence. As the world embraces social networking websites, the tools to create brand recognition is ever increasing. Similarly, a large portion of premier talent utilizes social networking for career growth and to establish professional connections. To help keep pace, we are seeking a creative individual who is interested in expanding his/her experiences utilizing social media for marketing and professional networking.

Basic Responsibilities –
- Perform research on the top social networking websites targeting some of the biggest names in both the Software and Recruiting industries
- Work with the Concero team to develop short term and long term goals of implementing Concero’s very own social presence
- Establish a Concero “Identity” on Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Google+
- Create video montages of Concero’s Executive team as well as Concero’s client executives explaining how our approach to talent-acquisition differs from the rest of the industry
- Help develop and refine a list of “Best Social Media Practices” for Concero’s client partners to utilize and improve their own social presence

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements –
- Must be at least a Sophomore in college
- Must be able to dedicate 8-10 hours/week
- Must have experience working with social media regularly (such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Linkedin, etc.)
- Must be creative, innovative and able to think outside the box
- Must be able to trouble shoot independently yet thrive in a team environment
- Must have strong communication skills

Preferred Skills -
- Basic knowledge of who some of the largest companies within the software industry are
- Basic understanding of how social networking adds value within the recruiting industry
- Background in marketing and/or social media
