Concero Search Partners, a national independently-owned executive search firm dedicated to finding premier talent within the software industry, is seeking a highly motivated individual who has strong Internet research and administrative skills. As we strive to find top quality candidates for our client-partners, we utilize some of today’s best sourcing, networking and applicant tracking tools. The person who assumes this internship will gain a rich understanding of business models and recruiting practices specific to software sales.

Basic Responsibilities –
- Gain a working comprehension of both the Recruiting and Software industries
- Identify and research top companies competing with our clients within the software space
- Work with the Concero team to build plans and identify top quality candidates for our clients while utilizing company databases, Linkedin and other social networking websites
- Help ensure the company database is up to date and free of redundant information

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements –
- Must be at least a Sophomore in college
- Must be able to dedicate 8-10 hours/week
- Must have experience working with the Internet (Google and Linkedin specifically)
- Must be savvy and creative in researching techniques and able to think outside the box
- Must be able to trouble shoot independently yet thrive in a team environment
- Must have strong communication skills

Preferred Skills -
- Basic knowledge of some of the largest companies within the software industry
- Basic understanding of how social networking adds value within the recruiting industry
