Description:

We are looking for a college student currently enrolled in a business program who is looking for a challenging, high impact project. This is a non-paid position and the candidate must receive school credit in exchange for their work.

This project involves working with our consumer portal site, which serves power sports consumers as well as our dealers. The challenge is to drive more traffic and revenue from the site by creating a better experience for the consumer.

Responsibilities:

Meet with business leaders at PSN to understand the requirements necessary to offer an enhanced user experience.

Identify competitive trends in the industry and marketplace

Evaluate the current look, feel and functionality of the site by studying the site metrics and gathering feedback from users.

Develop a business plan to achieve the goals set forth by the business leaders.

Present business plan to PSN management for approval/feedback and next steps.

Work with IT, Graphics, and other technical resources to develop a roll out plan to create:

- A user friendly redesign
- More effective marketing and advertising opportunities
- Other enhancements to be determined that better serve the consumer and our dealers

Hours: Flexible, days Mon-Fri. Internship NTE 12 weeks.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Current enrollment in a business related major

Proficient self-motivated individual who is adept at translating strategic initiatives into tactical plans, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks.

Work experience in marketing, business planning and web development a plus

Must have proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
