Sourcing leader :
After a short training period related to the presentation of the main purchasing office functions (Quality control, Logisitics, Sourcing) and under the sourcing director supervision, the candidate assisted by 1 chinese native merchandiser will have to developp the new sourcing department related to promotional items (gifts, crafts, IT gadgets, small furnitures, etc..) :
- Negociate purchase order contracts (buying prices, payment terms, quality control requirements, production leadtimes, etc..)
- Follow-up on going productions
- Organise and validate quality controls
- Follow up logistics deployment
- Prospect, visit and find new suppliers (new factories contact and audits)
Define, develop and validate new products (technical specifications and samples validation)

Qualifications:

Looking for a Sourcing leader who is energized, self motivated and able to work in a young, busy and fast growing environment :
•
• - Must be familiar with export procedures
• - Must have strong negociation, organisational, analytical and problem solving skills (reporting)
• - Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
• - Willing to travel
• - Fluent in english and french, chinese a plus
