ACEVO - The Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations is an influential charity set up over 20 years ago to connect, develop, represent and support the leaders of third sector organisations.

It is currently seeking an effective and efficient Marketing Intern who will play a key role in supporting the Marketing team whilst assisting in the delivery of marketing functions.

Duties will include:
• General administrative tasks
• Online marketing and social networking activities e.g. updating the website, managing company Twitter
• Membership recruitment/retention campaigns
• Direct marketing campaigns
• Advertising sales
• Managing corporate literature in reception area
• Maintaining the database

Qualifications:

Skills Required:
• Experience in updating websites is essential
• Experience in marketing is preferred but not essential
• Applicants must possess excellent IT skills
• Grammar must be to a high standard as writing and proof-reading will be undertaken regularly. A proof reading test will be carried out.
• You must be a team player with a professional manner, a self-starter and have exceptional communications skills as you will be liaising with a wide variety of people
• Time management skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines and targets are required
• A genuine interest in the charity sector
