Internship Description:Internships available in several departments:
Legal: risk management, contract management, joining discussions on contracts, research on laws of key markets
HR: implementing international HR systems according to the corporate strategy, designing training programs, hiring international and local staff for HQs and designing staff policy for overseas branches
Media/PR: website, increase online presence of the company, work on the company magazine and newspaper, books etc. design speeches and interview texts
Administration: translate, assist the GM and board members, and organize events (eg. Ambassador Golf Cup in Guangzhou, International EPC event in Shangri La Qingdao), teach English, Arabic, French etc.
Engineering: work on power plant layouts, prepare tendering documents, audit engineering work, and check on compliance with international standards, boiler/turbine/generator selection according to owners’ requirements
Business Development and Marketing: market research (eg. Latin America, Africa, Europe…), build up databases with Investors, gov’t regulations, potential markets; take part in the negotiation process for new contracts
Procurement/Logistics: organize the shipment of big equipment and machines to the project sites, including shipment on overseas developing markets, review shipment processes and control costs.
Place of internship: Qingdao, China
Duration of internship: between 2-6 months
