Lincoln Wu provides internships in Beijing that have unique advantages. We use our strong relationships with many of the largest and most influential Chinese and international companies to provide an unrivalled learning experience. This includes a host company and a series of intensive day courses in some of the largest Chinese state-owned enterprises and other relevant organisations. These day courses will provide the interns with the opportunity to understand how these dominant companies operate and the part they play in shaping the Chinese economy and promoting future growth.

We offer one and two month structured internships, however, we do offer individualized programs for both duration as well as the addition of language training as we understand that some individuals needs will not fit into the standard one and two month programs. Permanent job offers can be received depending on the circumstances at the individual company. The company visits include meeting English speaking professionals within the organisation, presentations by company management, outline of future plans and goals, question and answer sessions, insight into their working day and current projects, and a company information pack.

The internship program is open to graduates and undergraduate students as well as non-graduates in certain select cases. The available sectors include but not limited to law, banking and finance, architecture, consulting, sales and marketing, and job tasks can include; writing research reports, business development strategy, attending client meetings, giving presentations, and sales and marketing. (Job roles will vary depending on chosen industry sector).

We have a monthly intake and Lincoln Wu provides accommodation (western standard), visa assistance, weekly social events, airport pickup and orientation - all of which are included in the internship program price.

Qualifications:

Graduates or undergraduates with a varied skill set. We look for ambitious people who want to gain international work experience and in the process gain insight into the Chinese business world.
Other skill requirements depend on the industry sector.
Fluency in English is the only language requirement.
