You will be taking responsibilities for tasks as: contact with customers, promotion,
administration, fixing boards, assisting on beach during surflessons and more...
learning about planning a surf lesson/trip, i.e. weather and water conditions.

Furthermore u will get the chance to get prepared for the teachers exam directly from owner with 15 years teaching experience. You will learn everything you need about managing a surf school.

Still enough time to improve ur surfing skills and to enjoy the island

Qualifications:

You need to be able to work with people, be motivated and proactive, willing to learn and to dive into a new world.

Inglish and a second language; Spanish, German, Dutch or Italian
