Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the IT hardware such as the computers, copier, printers, telephone router, VPN router, switch
Maintain the MS Windows domain environment (accounts management).
Maintain the computer and telephone network, and spilt the phone bill.
The other tasks assigned by the manager, assisting office admin.
In case of the problems that cannot be solved at local site, contact IT support department in the UK or other third-party companies for assistance.

Qualifications:
Requirements:Skillful in the use of MS Windows domain and Office
Fluent English communication skills and English report writing skills with clear description.
