Based in the thriving city of London, England, a legal firm is expanding its marketing team to establish a strong reputation and develop its pre-existing legal services.

Daily Duties
• Database maintenance and analysis: Maintain and augment customer and prospect database. Track and analyse results and payback of campaigns and events. To ensure all comments received in respect of the database is immediately recorded to ensure all relevant information is analysed.
• Tracking events and competitors activity: Keep tabs on which events our competitors are attending and sponsoring. Track industry conferences to understand which would be a good fit for the company. Develop and maintain industry event calendar
• Campaign execution: Pitch in to help create and launch direct mail and e-mail campaigns. Track campaigns launches, progress, and evaluate success.
• New customer approach
• To provide a database that may be interrogated by all members of staff
• General research

Qualifications:

Candidate requirements
• Good level of conversational and written English is recommended.
• We are seeking rising juniors with some academic marketing experience
• Applicants should demonstrate a standard academic record (minimum Baccalaureate)
• Professional attitude
• Good communication skills is essential
• Adequate writing skills and attention to detail is a must
• A high knowledge of the Microsoft pack office (mainly word, excel, PowerPoint and especially access)
• The successful applicant will be given editorial control to create a spreadsheet with all comments recorded. An ability to think outside of your comfort zone and initiative is required.
• Must be willing to sign a ‘Non confidential non disclosure agreement’ due to the sensitive nature of the legal work at the firm.
