Job Description
Create and implement plan for revenue generation by addition & retention of customers.
Create & enhance brand image of the company with existing & new clients through regular planning, monitoring, directing & motivating the team.
Monitor service rendered to clients regularly & get feedback from the customer on a regular basis.
Ensure submission & collection of bills.
Ensure profitability of every customer; monitor any leakage in the revenue.
Deal with service failures & maintain performance standards.
Conduct service reviews with customers based on Service Level Agreements.
New Business Generation (Increase Market Share)
Retention of existing customers.
Increase customer base.
Customer service.
Timely billing and collection.
