Description:

Based in the thriving city of London, England, a global Mobile and Digital Platforms Search company is hiring interns to develop their activity.
The company will retain the best performers on a full time basis moving towards a full time consultancy role at the end of the internship. As a trainee intern, the student will be paid a guaranteed minimum remuneration plus commission on successful searches he is supporting. Once the Intern qualify as a consultant, he will then be put on a full time salary to include, basic, commission and profit share.

Daily Duties

• Working closely with consultants in supporting their search for candidates on a global basis.

• Understanding client briefs.

• Identifying, targeting and sourcing the best candidates in the market place against specific job requirements.

• Using both traditional headhunting methodologies and the latest in social media and digital connectivity methods.

Qualifications:

• Ambitious, driven, tenacious and target orientated.

• Demonstrable experience in a sales environment and be able to show a proactive streak to your character.

• Ideally the candidate will possess an intrinsic interest in the mobile and/or digital industry, basically gadgets and everything digital.

• At least Degree level backed up by strong A-Level results

• Good level of English is required and ability in Swedish, German or Chinese set you apart from your competition.
