Description:

This organization is looking for an intern for the Office Team in Beijing.
The daily task will include:
- Assisting in the execution of seminars, summits, conferences, high-level dinners and other events
- Helping to coordinate activities between partners within the projects
- Assisting in planning key projects and events
- Assisting in writing and designing invitations and reports for events
- Cooperating with the direct marketing and email-marketing of events

Qualifications:

- Benelux Citizen
- Genuine interest in the Chinese Business environment
- BA/MA level or relevant qualification in business, marketing, communication, international studies, economics
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Mandarin, Dutch and/or French is a plus
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Photoshop is a plus
- Great organizational skills, multi-tasking and high degree of accuracy
- Great interpersonal skills, outgoing and confident in dealing with clients and suppliers
- A proactive team player and a self-starter, energetic and presentable

Paid Internship Info:

1,000 RMB/month

Length/Availability:

3 – 4 months minimum, 6 months preferred
