Communication and Event Management Assistant Intern
Description:
Assist the office of the association in:
• Collecting the regular updates of the commissions and activities (meetings, training, cocktails, weekend activities…) and send a newsletter every two weeks;
• Managing the website (writing articles, moderating comments);
• Helping prepare activities (looking for places, price negotiations, communication, etc)
• Managing the mailings (internal and external communication);
• Managing the database of members and observers;Assist the Commissions in:
• Participation to the meetings of the Commissions regularly and help with the development of each project; help with new commissions and projects launching;
• Punctual help to the implementation of events;
• Assistance in the communication of their events (such as “Autour d’un verre” and “Biznest Meetings”);
• Facilitate the final phase of transition of the European Business Center to an autonomous entity (in English);
Qualifications:
• French Native speaker
• Fluent English
• Chinese language skills would be a plus
• Also Chinese people speaking French are welcome
• Young professional or student
