Our clients cover a variety of disciplines including media, legal, finance, ICT, NGO, travel and tourism and so on. We are now helping our clients to recruit interns to work in their Beijing or Shanghai offices for either one or two months. Our clients are leading international and top Chinese law firms with big presence in Greater China region.

Responsibilities:
Legal interns are expected to be able to conduct legal research projects, prepare legal memoranda and draft corporate and transaction documents. In addition, the intern may be called upon to draft correspondence, track pending legislation, and to otherwise assist and support the team with their duties. Challenging, rewarding and professional training programme for talented law students are offered as well as the opportunity to gain direct contact with clients and exposure to practical application of the law. Supervision by qualified lawyers, involvement with client matter files and encouragement to be creative and imaginative in your legal thinking are all part of the internship programme.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements:
Applicants should be students or graduate at law schools and fluent in English, with proficient Mandarin speaking ability preferred;
Solid writing skills and a strong interest in China;
Proficient with MS Office and other standard IT programs etc;
Good communication skills;
Has positive & proactive attitude;
Careful, responsible and self-disciplined;

35-40 hours per month
