General information:

Duration: 3 to 6 months
Allowance: based on qualifications and performance during the internship
Location: Beijing, China

Daily tasks: You will help develop their brand image as a luxury and trendy company by being responsible for, including but not limited to:
- Reception and guidance of the clients within the salon
- Providing quality services to the guests in the salon
- Client bookings and appointments
- Development and improvement of the relationship between customers to enhance the loyalty of customers
- Looking for opportunities to solicit feedback from customers and timely advice
- Trying to achieve customers’ highest satisfaction
- Managing stock and inventory of salon products
- Advising the company in terms of promotional offers or better service solutions that would help maximize the company’s revenues
- Helping organize events and photoshootings
- Assisting marketing department when necessary

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English
- Sense of Fashion
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- Able to handle emergencies and multitask
- Strong adaptability and strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer service
- Hospitality background is a big plus
- Experience in cosmetics industry a big plus
- Chinese language skills would be a plus

Additional Info:

- You will be able to follow training at one of their biggest clients’ academy
- You might be asked to work late hours or over the weekends sometimes but will always be notified 1 week in advance.
- Working hours: 8hours per day, 6days out of 7, 1day off
