Description:

General information:
Starting date: flexible
Duration: minimum 4 months
Allowance: 2,500 RMB/month (including 8 to 10 hours of coaching/week) + bonus based on performance and objectives
Location: Shanghai, China

Daily tasks:
Your mission will include the following tasks, but is not limited to:

Tennis Coaching:
• Organizing and managing the coaches’ planning
• Assisting with suppliers and customers relationship management
• Managing existing programs and developing new programs
• Managing the Chinese assistant
• Creating promotion tools and finding the best media to invest in
• Assisting with marketing/promotion of coaching services

The company
• Building sponsoring packages and finding sponsors
• Assisting with marketing and promotion
• Assisting with website management and improvement
• Assisting with players management

Tennis Tournaments:
• Preparation and Organization of the tournaments
• Marketing/Promotion

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• High-level sports player preferred
• Interest in tennis a big plus
• Willing to learn and gain experience
• Motivated and outgoing
• Open-minded and out-of-the-box thinker
• Capable of adapting quickly to any situation

Additional Info:

• This is a young company mostly composed of young expatriates, it’s still growing and looking into reinforcing its team with some dynamic and professional staff
• You will work closely with the Founder and General Manager who has been in China for 8 years
• You will receive a half-day sales training
• You will participate in a weekly staff meeting as well as a monthly individual staff meeting
• You might be asked to travel outside Shanghai to help organize events
• You will work around 40 hours/week
