Description:

Your mission will mainly get you involved in their helpdesk activities, with remote or on-site interventions, frequent contact with clients, and participation in deployment of networks and systems. A great sense of service and of rigor will be your best asset to ensure smooth running of operations.

- Motivated, ability to work independently and in team environment
- Able to write and read English
- Must be well-organized and attentive to detail
- Ability and willing to work in an international environment
- Not afraid to ask questions
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communicator, able to teach other staff key skills. Able to learn and summarize new techniques Education/experience
- Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Exchange 2003 and 2010, Lotus notes, Notes Domino server
- Knowledge in network equipment configuration is a plus but not necessary: Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper
