They offer all aspects of strategic Public Relations, Sponsorship Leveraging and more.
Internship tasks:
-Drafting of press releases/briefs-Articles should be of a high standard, factually correct, should be able to identify a news angle and research an article.
-Media liaison including-develop relationships with a core media list, provide feedback to team and client and respond to specific media queries.
-Clients service-show understanding of clients business sectors and competitors
-Status reports-Update client status reports, alert account manager to deadlines
-Advertising Value Equivalent-Work out the ad values of any press clippings received
-Compile and update Events Calendar
-Be able to use a Media list and compile media target lists
-General office administration
Qualifications:
Applicant requirements:
-Previous work experience preferred
-Study background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing and /or Public Relations
-Good English writing and speaking skills.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-A positive attitude, enthusiastic and motivated.
-Lots of energy and drive, good team player and willingness to learn.
