Marketing executive that will stay on top of all our marketing and PR activity

The role responsibilities include:
• Contributing to development of company branding, positioning and general marketing collateral
• Liaising with and managing external suppliers of marketing support to create productive relationships
• Review and refresh of company sales and marketing collateral at agreed intervals
• Interviewing clients to gain max understanding of what works and using that to leverage more marketing opportunities
• Developing relationships with journalists
• Planning campaigns and implementation of said campaigns
• Compiling and contributing to the monthly company newsletter and other ad-hoc publications
• Keeping team informed of market intelligence
• Reviewing competitor positioning and ensuring we keep a distinct difference between us
• Assist with marketing / business development related proposals
• Assist with delivery of marketing / business development related projects

You will be playing a crucial role in the development of the company, helping to build profile and client base. We have some ambitious targets therefore in addition to basic expenses you will be incentivised by being paid an attractive fee for every new client recruited.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Marketing/Business related degree
- Experience with Social Media
- IT literate - particularly with all Microsoft applications
- Self-motivated, self-starter
- Ambitious
- Excellent communications skills (including phone skills)
- Confident
- Proactive
- Commercial acumen - can see and grasp opportunities immediately
- Empathy - can understand the pressures of running a small/medium sized company and work within/around those constraints (both with clients and in-house)

We are a small team and would like to work with a driven, enthusiastic, pro-active individual with a down-to-earth personable manner who is happy to pick up the phone and speak to lots of people.
Youll be happy to work in a small team, be good at managing your time and be organised.
