The role:
During the internship, which shall last a minimum of 4 months, you will focus on the London area through the acquisition of local offerings for the in-bound market and by supporting the business development of the out-bound in the UK.Your projects:
* Enlarging the offering portfolio of hotels, restaurants and activities in London by contracting key suppliers
* Supporting all acquired suppliers in maintaining & updating their offerings in our marketplace
* Reviewing and validating new offerings
* Identifying of potential out-bound partners in the UK (e.g. travel agencies & event planners) and establishing strategic cooperations with them.
* Identifying and contacting prospects & leads to send email campaigns & media kits and supporting them in their trip planning.
* Using CRM web tools like Highrise to manage contacts and track communication histories and Mailchimp for email marketing services.
* Supporting PR and Marketing measures for the UK market.
Qualifications:
You’re ready to take responsibility, to work independently and to think out of the box, thereby helping us to achieve our target for growth. Ideally you bring in:* Studies of Business Management.
* Travel enthusiast.
* Very sociable and not afraid of building relationships with potential new partners & clients.
* Passionate, ambitious, and result-oriented with good organizational skills.
* Excellent skills of time & team management, communication & decision-making.
* Fluency in written and spoken English (no Spanish required).
