Qualifications:

Whilst our candidates normally include young hospitality professionals or students of hospitality, tourism and business, we also welcome applications from candidates with different backgrounds. Typically candidates do not have extensive working experience within the hotel industry. Four management training internships, our partner hotels generally prefer candidats to have a university degree, or to be working towards one. However, lack of academic qualifications is not sufficient in itself to rule out candidates automatically; other attributes, such as work experience and other factors (e.g. languages) are also considered.
