Troy Taylor a Private Equity-backed Fortune 50 global executive is offering this internship as an opportunity for creative and motivated students and recent graduates to gain experience in mergers and acquisitions. While interning with Troy you will be working closely with CEOs, Owners and Investors in the fast paced Private Equity Industry. As an intern some of your tasks will include: internet research of potential clients, communication with potential clients, and aiding in creating and managing business proposals and marketing strategies. Other duties include financial analysis and investment proposal presentation. Interns will experience practical and hands-on business training.

Upon your successful internship with Troy Taylor you will have developed strong analytical and communication skills. Assignments will include attending client meetings, assisting on client proposals, communicating with potential clients both via phone and e-mail, reviewing financials and strategy documents and working on daily tasks.
