Harrison Hayes, a Charlotte based Life Science Consulting firm, is seeking interns who will work in a market research and project execution capacity. Market Research Interns will assist marketing analysts as a part of the firm’s centralized research process. The position requires a professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, keen knowledge of Microsoft Office software and a dedication to providing unmatched client service.

As a Market Research Intern the duties include conducting in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced method, and evaluating past performance of a company’s product or service. The position will also require interns to investigate market activity and assess future trends.
Responsibilities:

· Managing projects

· Constructing databases (excel)

· Conducting advanced secondary research utilizing proprietary and syndicated databases

· Setting and overseeing assigned market research workflow, meeting deadlines and monitoring progress

· Communicating assigned research status and expectations to other team members

· Advising appropriate managers regarding the need for assigned market research resources

The term of the internship can range from 2-3 months up to a year. We recognize that some may be seeking a summer internship (part time or full); a term internship using flex time during school term, or a post-graduate internship.

Qualifications:

· Sophomore, junior or senior standing in a four-year institution
