About the position

As a member of MyCityWays Product and analysis team, you’ll use a marketer / agency mindset with a quantitative approach and love of all things digital to play a key role in new product definition. In this role youll act as the trusted partner to our sales team, marketing team and key clients as you help them grow their businesses by repeatedly and predictably scoring hit shows.

Our ideal candidate has prior analytical experience in a media agency, network, publisher or digital marketing position.

Your teammates should see you as a data artist and go to you with tough analytical problems. You should be comfortable jumping in the deep end and learning new skills on a cutting edge platform. In addition to that, you should have a Marketers Point of View - using data for driving engaging and monetizable user experience.

Were growing our analytics team and looking for talented people to help us with projects ranging across the full spectrum of mobile engagement and marketing disciplines. The main idea is to determine new and innovative ways to improve our customer segmentation, targeting and predictive capabilities.

Qualifications:

What were looking for in candidates
• Ability to data-mine large data sets to help “tell a story” for our campaigns; Includes data from ad-servers (DART, Atlas, MediaMind), web analytics packages (e.g. Omniture, Google Analytics) or mobile app analytics packages
• Understanding of site / app tagging advantages and implementation
• Creation of dashboards and data visualizations to help clients and media teams make informed data-driven decisions and optimizations
• Demonstrate ability to perform ROI analysis
• Research and provide insights on new media measurement such as online video, social media, second screens, connected TV
• Your peers should see you as a top notch problem solver. You should be comfortable defining new solutions and refining existing ones.
• Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth start-up environment
