Downtown Los Angeles Fashion PR & Marketing firm is looking for a hard-working, independent, fashion savvy intern. Intern will be given a first hand opportunity to absorb the daily routine of fashion communications. This is a non-paid position, but we can provide credit for university students, and occasional paid lunches and free clothing. We would like a minimum commitment of at least 3 months. Preference will be given to those candidates who can work 7 hours a day (10am-5pm), at least 2 days a week, and are local to the Los Angeles Area.

Qualifications:

* Proficient on Mac
* Highly organized
* Awareness of current trends and fashion magazines
* Strong verbal communication, writing and spelling a must
* Strong knowledge and familiarity of fashion and lifestyle blogs
* Strong knowledge of social networking sites
* Work effectively in a fast paced team environment
* Outgoing, positive, honest, loyal and dependable
* Must be good at asking questions and taking notes
* Strong follow-through
* Must be able to take initiative on projects and work independently
* Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator & Excel is a plus
* HTML/PHP knowledge also a plus
