-An ability to write conversationally and in an engaging manner is necessary, and bloggers must be able to utilize current authoring and editing tools, as well as related blog technologies.-Although previous blogging experience is not necessary, fashion content bloggers must demonstrate a willingness and ability to evaluate existing, new, and evolving blogging technologies.
