Job Summary:
1. In office duties:
• Working with all forms of company’s social media (Blogging , Facebook, twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
• Creating and revising timelines, vender contact information, and floor plans for events.
• Email vendors when necessary
• Sitting in on meetings with clients and vendors.
• Assist with events layouts, designs and concepts.2. Day of Event Duties:
• Help with set up of wedding or event.
• Follow detailed schedule of event
• Meet all needs of client during and after event.
• Communicate with vendors during set up and break down of event
• Provide coordination and event management to ensure event’s success
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• Junior/Senior level college students
• Experience in customer service, event field or communication based environment
• Exceptional networking and communication skills
• Must be able to work in office 5-10 hours during the week (Monday-Friday) and work events on selected weekends.
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to stand and accomplish tasks during weddings, which can last from 8-12 hours.
