Coordinate meetings, conference calls and calendar of events
Administration guru- answer phones, arrange meetings, check mail and help keep the office organized and running
Assisting with phone and email queries
Potentially some grant writing, if interested
Spring intern will assist with event planning and logistical coordination for the Spring Gala, our biggest fundraiser of the year, including volunteer coordination and maintaining accurate records for the silent auction.

YOU:
Are eager to learn
Are detail-oriented and organized
Take initiative and dont give up!
Believe in the cause
Have a great attitude and are flexible
Would love to work in a start-up environment and are highly motivated
Are happy as a clam whether youre taking out the trash or networking at events; you are willing to help with it all!
This is a great opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-paced, growing nonprofit organization. You will report to the Project Manager. This position will learn valuable skills in nonprofit management, event coordination, fundraising, and administration. Our office is in Beespace, a co-working space for innovative start-up non-profits, so you will also be constantly learning about other inspiring ideas and interacting with a wonderful community of change-makers. Because of the nature of this position and its importance within our organization, you must be highly organized, flexible and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
