Description:

InGlobed requires a dedicated and passionate Curriculum Development Coordinator (Intern) to provide ongoing support and feedback to the centre managers and training staff, manage training administration, engage experts to attend and participate in training events, and provide regular reports to management and trainers. The Coordinator will also be required to ensure that all training staff follow agreed administration processes and provide appropriate departments/staff members with relevant documentation, including progress reviews.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have completed at least two years of higher education in the fields of education, training, education management, administration, hospitality management or other related field. Experience in hospitality training, education, curriculum development and post-graduate studies in a related field are preferred.

Preferred skills, knowledge and experience:

Ability to work in a multicultural / diverse environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and to work as part of a team
Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
IT / typing skills including competency with Microsoft Office
Demonstrated group leadership and organizational skills
Willingness to accept feedback and supervision
Ability to contribute to the initial assessment development process, staff training and inductions
Willingness to provide feedback and support to teaching/training staff
Willingness to develop Individual Program Development Plans and complete Progress Reviews with other staff/interns.

37.5h p/week

Length/Availability:

6-12 months (flexible start/finish times)

*Please note that flights, visa costs, insurance and travel costs associated with getting from the airport to InGlobed in Himachal Pradesh are not included.

Fees

InGlobed is self-sustaining organisation still its infancy, while we do not charge weekly or monthly fees to participate, we do ask our interns and volunteers to pay a one-off administration and legal fee prior to arrival. This fee helps the organisation to cover the costs of running an international internship and volunteer program, including local legal fees, facilities, staffing costs and recruitment. We do not make a profit from your fees nor do the fees pay for the academic programs that we offer. They simply cover the cost of hosting interns and volunteers.
