New York fashion startup, The Impression, is looking for superstar interns to join its editorial photo team. Candidates must be driven, enthusiastic, organized and creative self-starters. An interest in fashion is a must.

About Us: The Impression is a community where fashion enthusiasts are able to rate, talk, critique, research, and explore everything related to fashion images and those who create them. Although small, we are a growing company that has much room for growth and potential employment

Main Duties:
-Photo research
-Edit and publish photos for web use
-Assist with organizing and maintaining the photo archive
-Design artwork for editorials

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
-Interest in fashion
-Entrepreneurial spirit
-Must be detail-oriented and organized
-Friendly and conversational
-Prior photo research experience is a plus!
-Must be proficient in Photoshop
-A laptop

Internship candidates should be able to start immediately and should be able to commit to a 2-3 month period. Preferred work schedule is 2-3 days or 20+ hours per workweek. Internship is unpaid so school credit is preferred. Also, please note that the internship is, for the most part, remote. However, interns will be expected to attend a short weekly workshop at our NYC satellite office located in the Flatiron District.
