Must Have -Self-motivation -You will have limited supervision and must be able to remain motivated to complete the tasks necessary to complete the internship -Networking Communication Skills -You will be in contact with many small businesses and will be required to have good communication and networking skills -Outgoing personality-You will be speaking with various small businesses and owners and will need to be confident and have an outgoing personality to do so -Organization skills-You will need to be highly organized. With limited supervision your own organizational skills are extremely important for continued communication with management -Positive Attitude and Passion for Small Business the shop local movement helping others and commerce trade - as a n intern for Trade Cottage you serve as a representative for what our business stands for. It is very important you uphold the integrity ethics and enthusiasm of the organization and have a willingness and natural ability to inspire others -Creativity - You will be relying upon your own creativity and skills for a large portion of this internship. You will need to be a think outside the box individual willing to use your own creativity and offer suggestions.

Qualifications:

-Prepare a marketing campaign to approved by management -Proceed with the implementation of the campaign take the marketing steps implement the suggestions -Evaluate yourself and your own work as well as provide regular updates to management with your progress goals met what works what doesn t work how to improve. -Get regular feedback and suggestions from management to tailor your marketing campaign to ensure success. -Manage the project and marketing campaign from start to completion -Have a final review of the overall internship. -Work together with our network of other interns to share ideas support one another and grow the campaign
