TGA runs the leading school-based youth golf and tennis programs in the United States. We launched our first Golf Enrichment Programs at six Los Angeles schools in the fall of 2003 and have since grown to operate as a franchise company providing youth development programs in 22 states. In 2011 TGA became national partners with the USTA to offer youth tennis enrichment programs nationwide. TGA is unique because we specialize in after school golf and tennis enrichment classes for K-8th grade students that take place on school campuses during the after school time period. Our award-winning curriculum teaches kids golf and tennis while incorporating education, life lessons and a character development initiative. We also transition kids to the golf course or tennis court through camps, tournaments and clinics that allow them to apply and build on the skills they learn in the after school enrichment program.

TGAs National Headquarters, based in El Segundo, CA, is looking for an intern to help with an array of marketing duties. Responsibilities will include tasks such as online content generation, performing website updates through our CMS, conducting market research and analysis, franchise brand compliance control, assisting with social media marketing campaign, as well as some administrative work. More importantly, this individual will gain experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and will be welcome to observe and participate in some management meetings and collaborative brainstorming sessions. Golf and/or tennis experience is not necessary for this position but some familiarity with the industries is a plus.

Qualifications:
- Must be familiar with major social networking platforms
- Good communication skills and strong writing background are necessary
- Attention to detail is very important
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop is also a plus but not required
- A sense of humor is necessary - we work hard but also like to enjoy ourselves :)
