The Directory52 Network is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for assisting company leaders and management with implementing HR strategies to meet business objectives. Key areas of responsibility include hiring, rehiring, recruiting, training, employee engagement, EEO policies, benefit negotiation, and wage analysis. The Human Resources Intern will also work closely with the Recruiter on our College (entry-level & intern/co-op) recruiting needs.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic and thrives on perfection. We are flexible on the exact work schedule, but expect between 10-20 hours per week on-site. Consideration will be made to interns out of state but can work remotely. (Unpaid)

Our HRI’s will be responsible for assisting in the completion of various HR-related projects, but are not limited to: screening candidates, managing Applicant Tracking system, setting up interviews, and following up with candidates. The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• General administration in Database Maintenance, Word Processing, archiving, and filing.
• Arranging and/or conducting meetings, by phone, online, in-person, and workshops as directed.
• Assist the execution and administration of TDN University activities/data base;
• Assist the management recruitment supporting the monitoring of the activity performed at local level;
• Assist on the administration of the Company’s Affirmative Action Plan and Compliance Model;
• Assist on the administration of the Company’s compensation System;
• Assist with organizational requirements to drive a positive, engaging, motivating culture aimed at employee satisfaction and business results.

Daily Expectations:
Assist HR function in the execution of various central and local people management processes (selection, training, development, compensation & benefit, organization, etc.). Promotion of job and internship opportunities, initial organization and screening of candidates, coordination of interview and on-site visit activities, use of ATS system, and integration of new team members into the TDN culture.


Candidate should be trainable with 0-2 years of experience with Human Resources related activities. Experience in an office environment in an administrative role and be an Intermediate user of Microsoft Office 10’, 13’, or 365. We are seeking human resources interns who have an interest preferably in one or many of the following specialties:
• Recruiting and Retention
• Training & Development
• Benefits & Compensation
• Program Development (Training, Internship, Volunteer)
• Policy Development (Employee Handbook, SOP Manual, etc.)
