Company/Organization: Boracay Pubcrawl

Description:

Looking for an Army of High-Potential, Hardworker, Geniuses to work for a Young Start-up that will Change your View of the World!
Your Office:
There are no buses and jeepneys. You want to go around places? Well, you can ride a Paraw, a banana boat, or better yet, a jetski.
There are no tall buildings. A four-story building is rare because palm trees are better looked at if you’re under it, not from above.
There are no big malls to hangout. Well, there are many bars along the fine sand stretch of the beach but is there a better place to relax than under the trees while sipping your well-mixed cocktail?
This is your dream office. A place where you can exercise your brain and creativity, stretch the limits of what you are capable and at the same time, have picturesque scenery to clear your mind whenever you are stressed.
This is Boracay. Live the dream. Feel the vibe. Love the heat.

Your Outfit:
You will be a beach executive. Mashing up the casualness and comfort of beach fashion with the formality and seriousness of the job. You dress smart enough to have a random meeting with a very important creature, and casual enough to have a random dip unto the water. People think you have a collection of swimwears, beach outfits, bikinis, trunks, and board shorts, but you know what, it’s all about the attitude, your beach executive aura.

Your Job:
Join an elaborate laboratory of ideas where you will be tested based on the strength of your creativity, business intelligence, marketing strategies, communication methods, project management and leadership. You will be one of the pioneers of a young start-up company who will revolutionize an industry that has never been done before. Applying research findings of positive psychology in all its venture, you will definitely have a challenge of balancing the line between work and party, having fun and being focused, nourishing an idea and executing it. It will never be easy. But it also will never be boring.
You will be a leader, learning all the processes and duplicating it so you can teach it. You will be a leader of improvement. You will analyze all company processes, check for possible ways to cheat them, and do the necessary preparations to avoid them. You will be part of the expansion. You will handle different projects to ensure that we can launch an idea in 10-20 locations at the same time. You will be a multicultural specialist. You will be knowledgeable on how to deal with people with different backgrounds. You will be an owner. You think like one, you act like one.

Qualifications:

Your profile:
You’ve heard it many times. You are good. Great in some other people’s perspective. But deep inside you, you ask yourself: Am I world class? How can I get there?
That’s the growth mindset. And we’d kill to find people having that. (Or we hope, it won’t come to that, a good party should do the job. )
Your mother said you came from heaven: with that intellect, unparalleled wit, being street smart, and your astonishing beauty. (Ok, the last one is debatable but that’s your mother talking!) Ever since a child, you chase excellence. From being the fastest in coloring dinosaurs, to proposing competitive science investigatory projects to researching well-written term papers. You had it in you. Though you admit that you can’t do everything, but you make up for it by not giving up.
You love knowledge. There was a time in your life where your books occupy more space in your bed than you. You love learning. And you jump in every opportunity you get. People call you smart-ass because you like questioning ideas and opinions. Some hate you when you keep fighting mediocre ideas but when others prove you wrong, you cry. Not because you’re hurt or humiliated, but because you’re happy because now at least you know what’s right.
You’re a tough person. Criticisms don’t wound you. You eat them for breakfast so you don’t make a big deal when you’re given one. Your philosophy: like breakfast, sometimes you don’t want it, but it will definitely make you stronger to push through the day.
You can be quiet but you know how to have fun. When given a project, you don’t say it’s difficult, but rather “I can do it.” When you fail you don’t crash, but you learn. You don’t choose what work to do. You know how to follow rules and protocols. You don’t care who’s the messenger but you give importance to the message.
You read this post. You told yourself, hmmm, the force is strong in this one. I can hear them calling my name.
