What You Will Do: You will gain real-world experience working as part of our Talent Consulting team while applying your knowledge of organizational development topics. You will engage in strategic cross-functional activities including Organizational Assessments, Employee Surveys, Training development, HR Metrics, Recruiting, Team Building, HR Trend Analysis, and/or HRIS Management. Our structured program also helps to strengthen leadership and team building skills as well as give you client-facing experience. This is not a filing and copying internship.

This is a challenging internship for motivated students desiring real-world OD experience in a concentrated period of time. Although the internship is initially unpaid, high performing individuals may receive an offer for a paid position.

Qualifications:

What You Need (Degree, Major, Skills, and Other Qualifications):

Internship candidates should be hard working, enthusiastic, and resourceful Seniors or Graduate students in any of the following majors:

1) Organizational Communication/Behavior 3) Business Mgmt (HR Concentration)
2) Human Resource Management 4) Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Required: Minimum 3.0 GPA. Windows 7/Office 2007/Internet research skills.

Required: Prior business/office experience of any kind is required. The ideal applicant should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Applicants must have a strong ability to build rapport and communicate in groups. Must be able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and be a strong team player who is highly motivated with a positive attitude. Must also show direct experience on Organizational and HR issues.
