The Benassurance Group is an independent benefits consulting agency based in Arnold, Maryland. Our licensed and experienced benefits consultants bring our products and services to local, regional, and national companies ranging from three employees to upwards of a thousand.
We have year round paid internships available but we are currently promoting paid internships, full and part time positions are open .

Responsibilities:
- Search resume databases such as Career Builder, Monster, and Internships.com
- Review resumes for qualities & characteristics that match our hiring criteria
- Contact potential candidates & schedule them for interviews
- Follow up with candidates through the use of emails, phone calls, and text messaging
- Educate career candidates & new hires on the basics of employee benefits

Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- A positive attitude with good organizational skills
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education
- Ability to perform various internet searches, including but not limited to Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc
- Ability to master data-mining within recruiting databases such as Career Builder, Monster, and Internships.com
- Proficient use of email programs such as Gmail

Hours:

Flexible, Part-time or Full-time (at least 10 hrs)
