Main Responsibilities Include:

Market Research to analyse the needs of the target market, to develop the product offering accordingly
Conducting market evaluations to ID new market opportunities.
Customer relations & support
Market research & compiling customer satisfaction questionnaires
Customer feedback questionnaires analysis
Guest courtesy calls
Guest check ins & check outs
Monitoring linen & consumables stock levels in apartments
General operational duties to ensure the day to day business runs effectively
Additional projects agreed to meet your personal internship & development goals
Guest Management & Real estate administration,
Updating property management system and reservations calendars
Dealing with guest enquiries & maintenance issues
Processing payments and refunds
Developing & setting up procedures in the department
Liaising with cleaning and maintenance team
Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management

Paid Internship Info:

Travel expanses will be paid


Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, 3/4 hour for lunch.

We specialise in providing extended stay apartments for corporate and leisure guests coming to London as a result of relocation, secondment, exhibitions, long-term projects or just the ideal vacation.
