About Being a Customer Success Specialist Intern at Kaleo

Kaleo is seeking a Customer Success Specialist Intern to assist the Customer Success team in providing critical performance measurements to our customers. These performance measurements are important to our customers and internally to understand how the Kaleo product is being used and adopted. We are passionate about making customers successful. From initial on-boarding through the enablement of Kaleo’s products, education, training, and strategy resources, we vow to “wow” customers through Kaleo’s customer-centric services.
Your primary responsibility will be to help support our customers through delivering key performance reports via Infographics. This will occur just after the initial on-boarding period as well as throughout a customer’s relationship with Kaleo. You will help to ensure Kaleo’s customers are getting the most out of their investment in and partnership with Kaleo.

Qualifications:

Our Customer Success Specialist Intern will…

-Assist in delivering an incredible experience to all of our customers
-Deliver high quality, polished, professional Infographic reports to our customers on a weekly basis
-Learn key elements of the business Customer Success
-Be a part of a fast growing, fast moving SaaS startup
-Have the opportunity to learn the next hot application for business - Kaleo Enterprise Knowledge Management
-Work with customers to make sure they have access to all existing Kaleo training, content and help they need to be successful.
-Respond to customer questions
-Interact via email and phone with a large number of customers at different stages of their Kaleo deployments

-A passion for customer success and people
-A keen interest in understanding our success metrics, and what makes us tick
-Ability to work with our customer usage data and have the technical chops to construct Infographic reports that will be sent to our customers.
-Able to project energy and confidence and establish credibility via phone and email
-Exceptional client interaction and verbal/written communication skills
-Organized and methodical with excellent follow-through to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met
-High attention to detail and able to oversee multiple customers simultaneously
-A love for change and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
-Capable of ideation as well as execution
-Awareness of mobile and social trends
-Technology background and interest is required
