BGF Institute-“RCI Program” (Regulatory Compliance Instruction) Is the Nation’s first independent, introductory Food and Drug Regulatory (F.D.A) training program, offered to college undergraduates and professionals seeking a career change. The RCI Program is America’s way of providing prestigious FDA Regulatory Specialist profession. A fast growing profession needed to ensure quality of products manufactured by companies and regulated by the FDA to protect the “American Consumer”. This exciting opportunity provides academic training on-line, for your convenience and also an internship upon completion, for hands on experience. The priority of a Regulatory Compliance professional is to ensure that their company complies with applicable Federal Regulations, mitigating potential liabilities & to help avoid penalties & other legal punishments. Responsibilities include but not limited to creating & implementing organizational policies, standards & procedures to comply with applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

ONLINE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM - 8 classes per semester every other Saturday & Wednesday, 3-4 months of internship (summer or during school) On-line classes with flexible schedule, internship that provides on the job training (Employers hire an average of 56% of interns). Some internship is paid positions. Be part of an innovative program with no competition from your peers. Your status will rise above your competition due to your completion of our certificate program. Financial aid options are available.
Students must have Strong analytical skills; attention to detail & having an investigative mindset are a must. Regulatory professionals should be able to digest complex information & should also possess good negotiating skills.
Depending on the industry and fields, educational requirements may vary for Regulatory Compliance professionals. Most positions require at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields including but not limited to Pharmacy, Healthcare, Biology& Entomology, Engineering(Biomedical, Environmental, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical) Business Administration & Management, Law, Liberal Arts & Sciences(Including Biology or other Sciences, Accounting, Teacher Education and Professional Development, Computer Science, Agriculture, Animal Science or Veterinary Technology, Physics, Technology, and Environmental.
