Join Seattle Repertory Theatre as an intern for the 2016-2017 season.

Seattle Repertory Theatre’s Professional Arts Training Program is a season-long internship program designed to bridge the gap between academia and the world of non-profit theatre. Prospective interns may apply to positions in the following areas:

•Artistic Literary
•Artistic Casting
•Company Management
•Costumes
•Development
•Education
•Lighting Design
•Marketing and Communications
•Production Management
•Props
•Scenic Arts (Paint)
•Stage Management
•Technical Direction

We seek candidates who have a passion for theatre and a drive to pursue a career in nonprofit arts. Most internships are at least 40 hours/week, include a $200/week stipend and generally run from September through May. Paid part-time opportunities may also be available in Development, Education, Lighting Design, Marketing and Communications, and Technical Direction.

The application deadline for the 2016-2017 season is Friday, March 18, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. PST. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates who have a passion for theatre and a drive to pursue a career in nonprofit arts. Please note you must be at least 18 years old to apply for an internship at Seattle Repertory Theatre and have earned at least an Associate’s Degree or two years of professional theatre experience.
