1. SQL experience
2. Database interfacing from C, C++ and Java.
3. Struts framework experience
4. Distributed systems architecture
5. Multithreaded application development
6. J2EE, SOAP, TCP/IP, and serial protocol communication
7. XML, C#, .NET frame work
8. Windows Asynchronous I/O, memory mapped files, and shared memory
9. Database experience
Required Skills and Experience
1. 2 to 5 years of software engineering experience in a Windows environment
2. Proficiency in C, C++, JS
3. Proficient in the Visual Studio development environment
4. Knowledge of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using OOD methodology
5. Exhibit an understanding and willingness to utilize formal structured software engineering processes as outlined by the Capability Maturity Model (CMM)
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay Rate: $32/hr. on W2
