Internweb.com is the owner of all intellectual property (including copyrights) on the Internweb.com site. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service-mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Site Content on any copy you make of the Site Content. You may not sell or modify the Site Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute or otherwise use the Site Content in any way for any commercial purpose. You may not copy or adapt the HTML code that the Company creates to generate its pages as it is also protected by the Company's copyright.

Your Responsibilities

The Internweb.com site may be used for lawful purposes by employers seeking interns and students seeking internships. As a condition of your use, you agree to not use the site for any purpose or manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions. When using this site, you will not:

1. Falsely represent yourself or another entity including but not limited to Internweb.com personnel and employer representatives.
2. Post any inaccurate or false internship information.
3. Post or transit any content that you do not have the right to transmit under contractual or fiduciary relationships (e.g. nondisclosure agreements). This also applies to content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party.
4. Post or transmit unsolicited information (including but not limited to advertising, "spam", "pyramid schemes" or any other non-site-related information such as opinions or notices).
5. Delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.
6. Respond to any internship opportunity on the Internweb.com database for any reason except to apply for the internship. Communications soliciting an employer's business by our competitors are prohibited. Unsolicited email, telephone calls, mailings or other contacts to posting employers are prohibited.
7. Post to the database any franchise, pyramid scheme or other business opportunity requiring up front or periodic payment, pays only commissions with no significant salary, requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
8. Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
9. Transmit or post any Content that is obscene, libelous, hateful, harmful, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, sexually-explicit or otherwise objectionable that may invade another's right of privacy or publicity.
10. Attempt to violate the security of the site including but not limited to a)accessing data not intended for the user by logging into an account that the user is not authorized to access b)attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measure without prior authorization c) submitting a virus to the site or overloading, "mailbombing" or "crashing" and d)sending unsolicited email with the attempt to promote or advertise products or services.

Your Submissions

By submitting content to the site, public or non-public areas (including but not limited to forums, message boards, contests and chat rooms), you automatically grant Internweb.com the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, create derivative works, perform and display such Content worldwide or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term without restriction or reparation. You also warrant that any holders of rights (including moral rights) have completely waived these rights. You also permit any user to access, display, view, store and reproduce such content for personal use. In such a context, the owner of the content placed on the site retains any and all rights.

Your Information

When you register to use the site's services, you will be asked to provide the Company with a valid email address (Your "Information"). Internweb.com constitutes a venue for employers to post internships and student candidates to view internship opportunities. Internweb.com does not screen or censor the listings offered. The Company accepts no responsibility for the quality of relationships established as a result of this service. The Company is not a part of the interaction between employers and student candidates and as a result has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the internships posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer internship opportunities to student candidates or the ability of student candidates to fill internships. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Site (risks including but not limited to risk of physical harm, of harm to business strategies/functions/relationships, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses).

Users should always use caution and common sense when using this site. The Company is under no legal obligation, and generally does not, control the information provided by users on the site. Employers are solely responsible for their postings on the site. Other users' information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be misrepresented or deceptively labeled. If you would have a dispute with one or more users, you release the Company (including our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every sort and nature. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code 1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected hi settlement with the debtor."

The Company reserves the right to modify, reject or eliminate any information residing on or transmitted to its site that it, in its sole discretion, believes is unacceptable or in violation of these terms and conditions.

Indemnity
