Ethis Communications, Inc. is looking for fall and winter interns to support the editorial and marketing teams in the production of Refractive Eyecare magazine, The Ocular Surface journal, and other print and online publications. Interns will help manage print and electronic archives, facilitate work flow through various stages of production process, conduct research for story ideas and marketing needs, support staff through administrative tasks, perform data entry and create reports as needed, and participate in staff meetings. The ideal candidate should be extremely well-organized, mature, flexible, and detail-oriented, and must be able to communicate clearly, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Previous office experience is a plus. Interns must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours a week. This is a paid internship, but school credit can also be provided.

We are looking for an extremely talented design intern for the Fall semester. As a Design Intern, you will assist in creating, editing, and producing layouts and artwork for website design, Myspace Design and print media, for a design company whose niche market is the music entertainment industry and small/large business. The work is fun, challenging and high-paced with a lot of deadlines and lot of perks. We are willing to work around your school schedule! What type of internship are you looking for this coming semester? We offer a casual, office atmosphere located in Chelmsford MA, where you won’t be fetching coffee- you will be designing! We request a minimum of 16 hr/wk and at least a 3 month commitment. (Exceptions can be made based on level of skills.)

Bike MS In-Kind Associate

Bike MS is an annual fundraiser in which cyclist bike 30, 60, or 100 miles to increas donations and awareness of our efforts to create a world free of multiple sclerosis. The Bike MS In-Kind Associates responsiblities will include the following: •Research and procurement of in-kind donations – including goody bag items, food, entertainment and services needed for day of event •Developing relationships with area bike shops •Secure bike shops for brochure distribution, prize donation, marketing and day-of-event bike repair along all routes •Research and contribute new avenues for marketing and promotion of the Bike MS •Assist with marketing and communications projects as needed
