Pinks and Greens, www.PinksandGreens.com, is looking to hire a fashion assistant to the CEO. We want to hire a bright, energetic individual who is a hard worker and excellent multi-tasker. This is not one of those jobs that seems glamorous on the outside where you will just be fetching coffee for an executive, this is at a start-up company where you will be getting your hands dirty and be involved in everything, so be ready. We need like-minded people to help us: creative, inspired, dynamic, spectacular individuals who believe, like we do, that a woman wants to look good while exercising-whether it be golf, tennis or hitting the gym and we need to help them to find the best pieces for them.

Assist the CEO with the following:
-Assist in planning our prebook buys
-Assist with photo shoots for our web store
-follow up with IT on projects
-manage emails
-liaise with accounting/finance staff
-assist in preparation for daily meetings/briefings
-control the schedule

Aside from supporting the CEO, you can also work with other team members on:
-Process daily orders
-Run daily shipment report
-Interact with customers to assist them with their shopping needs
-Facilitate return/exchange requests
-Ensure strong understanding of all apparel, footwear, and accessories

Qualifications:

1-2 years experience
Must have very strong computer knowledge and be a quick learner
Looking for someone who is a hard worker
Must live in NJ(close to Chatham)
Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) clearly with employees and customers
Excellent writing skills
BS/BA
Strong interest in fashion and/or how to develop a start up business into a success story
Previous corporate work experience
