Qualifications:

We are looking for an ambitious recent college graduate or a professional individual who is looking to acquire event planning and marketing experience. Youll have unique exposure to all aspects of event planning and marketing in the hospitality industry, as our restaurants and venues are some of the best in the New York City area. You will be working on a myriad of projects with colleagues, clients, and vendors and exposed to many aspects of event planning and marketing. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to join our growing team.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Creatively help to plan events and help in the marketing processes
• Assist in coordinating, running and attending events. Coordinating logistics for event marketing including promotion, display pieces, venue set-up etc.
• Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to current trends, emerging technologies, etc. through competitor and industry research
• Design and send out email blasts through CRM system.
• Brainstorm and help implement client outreach ideas.
• Help design and create marketing materials to promote events
• Assist in creating written materials for blogs and social media campaigns
• Collaborate with the rest of the creative and sales team to execute events and marketing campaigns.

Some experience in event planning, marketing, customer service and/or graphic design are helpful but not required. Compensation will be determined upon experience.
