Description:

Intern positions available in the advertising/marketing department of a pop-culture driven print publication.

Responsibilities lie anywhere between getting issue mailings out for the editorial creative director to picking up the labels from his office to compiling issue advertising and editorial credits for database. Also create or assist in creating editorial credit books for client meetings as well as filling out RFPs to maintaining that the positioning book is always up to date. Assisting the Presidents support as needed.


Qualifications:

Must be in school.
PC and/or MAC compatible
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Knowledge of Photoshop
Very well organized, driven, ambitious, independent thinker, open-minded, and willing to work.
Occasional reception coverage a possible must.
